OKay, so I got up early to clean, then went to get Yuka from the airport. She brought shitloads of candy for us from Japan! We made tiny signs that said "welcome Yukako Kambe" on them, which was fun. Then we went shopping. I bought new pyjamas and she bought a toothbrush. Tonight Justin and Lea came over and we all watched Friends, Malcolm and 24. The final!!! So of course I'll review it below, along with QaF. No Buffy, another boring repeat. GRRR!!! Tomorrow, the movies. Hoorah!

OKay spoilers--> I knew something was going to happen, I knew it. It was all ending too neatly. Kind of an anticlimactic ending mostly...although the bit where Jack did the wall-running neck-breaking thing? *So* cool. Yuka thinks Kiefer's hot too! Yay! I love Kiefer, he's my bitch. Anyway, Jack and Kim, gag me with a spoon. Ex-Wife was pretty cool by the end, Chappelle still a bitch. ALMEIDA ROCKS MY SOCKS!!!! Poor Prez Palmer, I like him. The new villains are cooler than that pointy-faced dull Kingsley guy. Could he be less threatening? I've seen more threatening puppy dogs. Kate and Marie rocked too. Very tense, creepy moment there. Palmer should have fired everyone's asses, man. <--no more spoilers.
Queer as Folk
FUCKING BRIAN!!!!! SO FUCKING HOT!!!!! He orgasm faced twice tonight. *drools* almost worth seeing Michael's orgasm face for that. Dr Dull and Michael and sex, yeuch. But at least the great Justin/Brian icecream scene was in this ep. I *love* Brian's face as he plays pool and when he first hangs out with Ted. Those eyes....plus the most depressing Emmett storyline ever, even more than Old Pickle Guy. Poor, confused Emmett. We love you gay, baby, not fake-straight. Those groups creep me out something fierce. Beginning of the Lindsay/Melanie drama saga. Boooooooring. But at least there was lots of lovely angsty Brian and a gorgeous Mikey/Brian reunion at the end. The Dr Dull bit at the end just pissed me off more. He's not even really making an effort. He's such a cheeseball fake bastard. *hates*
It's so *obvious* that Mikey only goes out with older guys coz he never had a father!!!! *ahem* and, finally...FUCKING BRIAN IS FUCKING HOT!!!
Yuka didn't think so at first, but definitely did by the end.
