Well, the one that gets up and says "I'll show you what a kiss is" is Adam Hills, the host of the show. The other guy is Hamish of Hamish & Andy who are guests on the show a lot.

Hamish & Andy are a comedy team, they do radio together and they've been on Rove and Spicks&Specks and such together a fair bit.

Oh, and since you seem to appreciate it, here are three little things I love about the clip:
1. The commentary on the actual football game on TV. The team is called "The Butts" and the guys keep saying things like "Oh, he's going long! Up top, up top! He's open!"
2. After Josh picks Ike up then freaks out, instead of just dropping him he slides him back down.
3. "I gotta gay - go! I gotta go."
