I love reading books ^o^

I actually have a book to read today, yay! I'm reading Mort, by Terry Pratchett. It's very funny in parts but it's got no chapters, so it can be hard to get through. I want to read Good Omens, I might see if Clare can borrow that from her school library next. Yes, that's where I'm getting them from.

I got up superearly again today but missed the first bus so I missed my first class. French. Then I had another French class that had a test which I think I may have passed, but barely. Then I saw Kristine and had a chat to her and saw the Arab/Islamic studies building, which is just gorgeous and has a kitchen. I might take up Arab studies....Went to library where I could access all the sites that my shitty computer's not letting me go to at the moment, grr. Then I went to lunch and bumped into Melissa and Nutty so I stuck around with them until my lecture at 3, and that was fun. Lecture was boring again, and so was my gender tute, for which I never ended up doing that assignment. Only 6 out of 9 are graded anyway, so meh. I did liven it up a little by blurting out whatever came into my head. I was really restless today, like a 5 year old or something. It was annoying. The people in my gender class are cool though. Came home and that's about the excitement of my day.

Here are the questions asked me by aabrena. Basically I get to answer them and then I say anyone who wants me to ask them questions, leave a comment and I'll think some up for you. Well, here's the official rules anyway:

Ok, here's the deal:
1 -- Leave a comment, saying you want to be interviewed.
2 -- I will respond; I'll ask you five questions.
3 -- You'll update your journal with my five questions, and your five answers.
4 -- You'll include this explanation.
5 -- You'll ask other people five questions when they want to be interviewed.

1. Did you have a "security blanket" when you were younger? No, but I had a teddy bear called Kuma. He was really small and I lost him in the sheets when I moved to Korea, in a hotel. They took the sheets away and I never saw him again *sobs*

2. Name your funniest moment in your life so far. That's actually really difficult, I've had so many. Okay, um....When Nutty told me who he'd had a crush on for years, when I first saw the Henchman joke in Austin Powers, reading "This Book Is All About Sex", and the first time I read House of Usher.

3. Why do toasters always have a setting that burns toast to a horrible crisp which no decent human being would ever eat? Those settings are much more useful in the subdimension where evil carbon-based lifeforms called the Zorg live. The Zorg must eat carbon every morning at breakfast in order to stay alive. The inventor of the toaster, being part Zorg himself, decided to make more money by marketing his product in two dimensions, and therefore made a setting which no human would ever use.
Incidentally, there is a Zorg sitting at its computer right this moment pondering the existance of the setting on a toaster which no Zorg in its right mind would use.

4. Will Turner or Legolas? Gotta say I like Orli much better as a pirate, too effeminate for me as an elf. They're both pansies, though. Jack Sparrow and Samwise all the way, baby.

5. What's the best spot in your city? I'm gonna go with Cube. Cube rocks.

5. Your banner ain't showin' up. MySiteSpace is a bitch, it'll show up some days and not others.

Link of the day is Graphical HP icons awards again, coz I'm a pimp and I want you to vote for me!!! Please?! *puppy dog eyes*

Well since I'm still having serious trouble getting into anywhere I like, I'm gonna show off some House of Usher goodies.

It never ceases to amaze me how much like our Nina the Ninara character really is.

If I said you had a beautiful body, would you let me harvest the organs?
