Today [livejournal.com profile] sherrif_topato made me snort milk out my nose.

Tonight I saw the second half of the Grey's Anatomy Code Black episode. I WANT A GEORGE FOR CHRISTMAS. OMG him talking to Bailey was killer and I love him so much. He's got to be the most loveable character on television.

Spread the Love.

Jensen at the Teen Choice Awards here.

I'm Gonna See Serenity. It's just a bunch of clips from the movie cut together with the bloopers and set to the song by Dan Sehane, but damn if it doesn't make me want to go out and put in my Serenity DVD. Such a pretty movie.

Jason Dohring, Michael Muhney, Francis Capra and Mike Rosenbaum (in two pictures!) at Booster Blowout via [livejournal.com profile] afrocurl. In other Veronica Mars news, I WANT THE DVDs and can't afford them to save myself. I NEED THOSE BLOOPERS. NOW.

So [livejournal.com profile] tristantrakand has been documenting an awesome battle of the wills in Philippino newspaper The Inquirer of a homophobe against the gays. It is absolutely rivetting reading, so I am going to post links:
Original Article by Isagani Cruz
First retort by John L. Silva
Retort, retort to retort, retort to retort to retort, and other newspapers muscling in by: Manuel L. Quezon III, Isagani Cruz, Oliver Pulumbarit and the Manila Times.

LA FotR Premiere spam by [livejournal.com profile] mata090680. Billy at that Flying Scotsman thing via [livejournal.com profile] dryope. Best facial expressions ever.

Gods, that's a lot of links. I hope someone learned something.

Today I saw Shi Mian Mai Fu (House of Flying Daggers)

As you may well imagine, this film is exquisite to look at. It has gorgeous, well-choreographed fight scenes, amazing costumes, beautiful cinematography. Zhang Ziyi is just amazingly pretty, and Takehi Kaneshiro isn't half-bad either. So let's move past that and discuss plot, shall we?

Laughable. Literally, as [livejournal.com profile] sherrif_topato spent most of the time giggling at the innuendo between the two men and the bad dubbing and with our jaws on the floor at the sheer predictability and stupidity of the plot. I'm sorry, but this movie is dumb. The twists and turns are silly, the minions die while the good guys just. won't. die, the whole story is ridiculous and pointless. It's overacted and silly. I don't care how good it looks, I'd rather see something with at least an attempt at some decent writing.

5 out of 10.

The most beautiful picture of Gina ever as posted by [livejournal.com profile] sinful_caesar.

Dom at the New Zealand FotR premiere.

I reject you and your phallic objects!

George and Bailey > every single other GA character. End of story.

And HOLY GUH, I need to watch Serenity again. For Gina. Damn. She's so freaking gorgeous.

I love Cristina, Izzy and Denny too, but they can't match up to George and Bailey. They are SO AWESOME IT HURTS.

I might watch it tomorrow, I think.

Eeep, I thought it was you who had posted the pics, so I responded to a complete stranger, sheesh. I meant to say this to you.

OH dear, I'd almost forgotten that Orli was into that type of hideous clothing on a regular basis way back when. These high res pics are great, I can finally close the debate on whether or not the tie was a cut off or designed that way. I'd always supposed he'd cut a normal tie that short, but nope, it looks like maybe it's supposed to be a bow tie that just wasn't tied, making it shorter than normal.

Who knew?

Well, you'd think I would know, since I was holding the darn thing. D'oh!

Mata's awesome :)
LOL somebody asked me for my top five worst Orlando couture moments and while going through pics I discovered that Orli had FOUR OF THAT SHIRT in two different patterns and four different colours. The tie is definitely attached to the shirt from what I can tell, because all the other shirts are the same. And they're all hideous, though the red monstrosity is the worst by far.

*bows* oh mighty green_queen okay too much, not sure what your friending policy is but I'd just like to say I have added you, because you are as I like to say "The Shiz" and I can't get enough of your posts. Crossing my fingers you'll friend back.

I tend not to friend back for a little while at least, because I have quite a big flist. I'm glad you like my journal, though!

Wow, that's one of the most beautiful pictures I've ever seen.

Oh, Billy! I would adore you forever if you made some Billy icons from all those EIFF pics.

Well, yeah, but you made like, 100 of Dom. What's *that* about, huh?! ;-)

Also, you made Billy's eyes blue. Blue! What kind of perverted freak are you???

From: [identity profile] green-queen.livejournal.com

Yeah, but that's Dom. Ad you want to watch what you're saying. I might not make you icons if you're suggesting I'm not a perverted enough freak.

From: [identity profile] green-queen.livejournal.com

Damn straight.

I can make Billy icons. I'll even keep his eyes green for you.

George is the second most lovable character...after Jim from the Office :D

But yeah I kind of love him.

From: [identity profile] truffle-shuffle.livejournal.com

I totally agree. I want a George O'Malley of my very own. And a Jim Halpert. And a Dean Winchester...

Mmm. Thanks for the links to the Jensen pics. He looks so skinny. I like it. (Incidentally, I was at Universal yesterday and they mentioned on the Studio Tour that they were setting up for the Teen Choice Awards and where we were dropped off at the end of the tour was by the red carpet. It was much earlier than the arrivals though, and we were tired, so we didn't stay to try to catch a glimpse of Jensen. I know, you think I'm stupid. I just hate events like that where there's no personal interaction at all).

GEORGE! STOP LOOKING AT MY VAJAYJAY! LMAO. OMG. Best line ever.
