I knew Universal were trying to sue fans for making Serenity merchandise but I didn't know fans were hitting them back with an invoice. The invoice is here, btw.

Today I saw Intolerable Cruelty
Intolerable Cruelty was received really badly when it was first released, but I have a feeling that a lot of that had to do with hype. Again, the advertising is misleading, although I think the movie would have benefitted from not ending the way it did. George Clooney and Catherine Zeta-Jones are great, though, and there were parts that had me cracking up. Surprisingly for such a dialogue-heavy film, most of the best laughs were sight gags. It has a sense of the melodramatic and the ridiculous to it which could be mistaken for accidental, I think, which would be a mistake. It was well written and funny enough, though, and at least it wasn't the usual romcom crap we've come to expect.
7 out of 10.

At the Spiderman 2 premiere.
