Spoilers for an upcoming episode that seem to me to be very blatantly misleading, but nobody seems to be thinking that. I think that there are some very naive people out there.

Contraversial Rob Thomas interview. Reading this after reading a Kripke transcript has merely reaffirmed one fact in my mind: there is no new Joss Whedon. Joss is a one-off phenomenon who needs to come back to TV and write for us again, because he balances things properly and is funny and engaging and writes beautiful characters and is respectful. In other words, Joss is god and Kripke and Rob Thomas mere mortals.

Meanwhile, Veronica Mars will be temporarily replaced by "Pussycat Dolls: The Search for the Next Doll" in the next break. I think I speak for everyone when I say oh FUCK NO.

Just two days til I get my broadband connection back, and after that my cousing will be leaving and maybe, just maybe, I'll start to settle into my normal life again. 1. Lucius "The Pureblood" Malfoy vs. "Batshit" Bellatrix Lestrange
I kind of love crazy Bellatrix, even though she killed my favourite character. She's actually got a lot of the qualities that Sirius has - she's loyal, she's crazy and she's impassioned. She's just a total bitch who went dark side instead of a sexy bitch who went light side. LOL.

2. Ginny "Firecracker" Weasley vs. Hermione "The Brain" Granger
I love Hermione but I've always liked Ginny, even before she went all love-interest in book 6. She's got a matter-of-factness about her that I appreciate, and she goes after what she wants.

3. Minerva "The Tartan Nightmare" McGonagall vs. Dolores "Oh My God She Looks Like a Frog" Umbridge
Are you kidding me? Delores is one of the foulest creatures to inhabit Jo's world. Reading the 'I will not tell lies' scenes still makes my stomach turn. She's evil and heinous.

4. Dumbledore's Army vs. The Inquisitorial Squad
Draco and his friends are just dicks using their power to make others miserable. Dumbledore's Army are trying to make a difference.

5. Morfin "The Crossbreed" Gaunt vs. Argus "Squib" Filch
I always feel terrible for poor old bitter Filch and Mrs. Norris. It must be awful to be a squib working as a caretaker in a magic school. I didn't feel sorry for the Gaunt men, I just mostly felt...queasy.

Creation doesn't put on convention, they stage shows. Not the same thing at all. And they should never have been so greedy as to try to force two in a year in the first place.
