Would you rather...
1. Spend 3 months in Azkaban or be given Veritaserum in front of your parents/significant other/boss?
Definitely the Veritaserum. I'm generally not that secretive, and Azkaban is just awful.
2. Have a Pensieve or a Time Turner?
I love time travel stories but don't really like the idea of time-travelling myself. A pensieve would be great, you could find out how events actually happened rather than just your perception of them.
3. Apparate, use Floo Powder, or fly on a broomstick?
Apparate. That would be SO useful, and the experience of it doesn't sound like the Worst Thing Ever. Broomsticks would be fun but I get the feeling I wouldn't be quite as adept at it as Harry is.
4. Be a centaur or a merperson?
A merperson. I like the water.
5. Have dinner with Professor Slughorn or Professor Trelawney?
Urgh, neither? Professor Trelawney. At least she can be funny. Slughorn would probably drive me crazy in real life.
