How did I not know until now that Joey Fatone is on the American Dancing with the Stars this year? That's awesome.

I don't think I ever actually woke up today. I physically woke up, but I couldn't really bring myself to do any of the million things I was supposed to. Instead I found myself lying on the couch watching TV with my sister for hours, with hearing in only one ear. I am going to bed early tonight.

Having had my rant about overly complex icons, I'm actually not all that keen on blank ones made pretty with colouring. I mean, some are fine, but if I have them I very rarely use them, unless they're SUPER expressive. Or my default, which doesn't count because it's just about my favourite picture ever.

1. Have your music library ready.
2. Choose one (1) song from your music library whose title starts with the first letter (or number) of your screen name.
3. Repeat this process with each successive letter (or number) in your screen name until you run out of letters (or numbers).

How do you even HAVE that song? Can I just take a moment to tell you that I went to see DaVinci's Notebook in concert and was out of my seat for some reason when they came back for their encore and I was trying to get through the crowd back to my table when they started singing that very song and I was sitting right in front of them and there were enormous penis gestures made in my direction? That was SO AWESOME. But no not really. It was way embarrassing.

You know, I used to also prefer icons with text on them , but more and more I like ones with nothing on them, even if they aren't very expressive. I guess it's all about the mood for me.

I think the reason I need words on my icons is that I think in words rather than pictures, so pictures alone probably just don't have the same impact for me, no matter how pretty they are.
