I would love to be at Lost Weekend. I really, really would. WOE.
The weather here is RIDICULOUS. It's WINTER weather and we JUST hit Autumn.

I want the white Firefly bag so much it hurts. Also, the strap on my Veronica Mars bag is starting to come off :( it's because I use it all the time. I need to fix it.
Not-so-good news on the OotP front: it's the SHORTEST MOVIE YET. From the LONGEST BOOK. C'mon! Also, Yates may well be back for HBP. I have to see OotP to know whether this is good or not, but....I REALLY want Cuaron back :( Jason Isaacs, of course, continues to be ridiculously awesome. I love how much he loves Harry Potter.
Anyone have a spare copy of the magazine for me?

Tonight I saw Infernal Affairs
I know it's the original and everything, but basically with The Departed, Scorcese took everything that was good about this movie and made it better. Also, it was one of the worst translated films I've ever seen. I hate how much we lose in the translation of foreign films, and the translation on this was APPALLING.
Andy Lau's hot, though. It had some gorgeous shots and great Western influences scattered through the film, particularly in any confrontation scenes. The final confrontation on the roof is played out better and with better cinematography in this one, but at everything else The Departed beats it hands down. Also, Andy Lau is HOT.

1. Perform unblockable Legilimency for 5 minutes on Snape, Dumbledore, or Voldemort?
I really don't like the idea of legilimency. It makes me extraordinarily uncomfortable and I don't think I'd ever like to employ it. However, for argument's sake, I suppose Dumbledore - I'm pretty sure I know what's going on in Snape and Voldy's heads, but Dumbledore's reasons for things often mystify me.
2. Be a dinner guest at the Malfoy Manor or The Burrow?
The Burrow. I love the Weasleys.
3. Spend the night in the Shrieking Shack or the Chamber of Secrets?
SHRIEKING SHACK! Because we all know that's where the Marauders used to hang out at Halloween...
4. Attend a Deathday Party or a meeting of the Slug Club?
Eurgh. Deathday party - you'd learn more.
5. Visit the Three Broomsticks or The Leaky Cauldron?
The Three Broomsticks - TLC isn't as nice or homey.
At the Wellington TTT premiere
