TERRIBLE QUALITY OotP INTERNATIONAL TRAILER! FRED AND GEOOOORGE!!!!! THESTRALS! LOADS OF UMBRIDGE! BLACK MANOR!!! DUMBLEDORE'S ESCAPE!!! THE MINISTRY! HARRY SCREAMING AFTER SIRIUS DIES!!!! BELLATRIX!! EXPELLIARMUS YAY! Harry's dreams are creepy. The line about Hermione is cute but hideously out of character, and it looks like the filmmakers are STILL shipping her with Harry, the morons.

Tonight I watched The Prestige
This was a great movie if you want to think - I'd worked out some of the twists and turns by the end, but not all of them, which was really good. Andy Serkis is criminally underrated as a non-CGI actor, and the other actors were all good (although both Hugh Jackman and Scarlett Johanssen struggled with accents, and Scarlett struggled in general.) It was also a visually gorgeous film, and the tricks used were really clever.
The only flaw that I found with the movie was that, for all the intellectual stimulation and technical achievement the film possesses, I found it really hard to engage with the characters and had pretty much no emotional involvement. The women were horrendous stereotypes, and most of the male characters were unsympathetic bordering on reprehensible. It frustrated me, because I got bored at certain parts and I wanted to like it more than I did.
