1. How awesome would a Piz spin-off be?
BEYOND AWESOME. SUPERAWESOME. I WANT A PIZ SPIN-OFF WITH DICK.

2. When are you coming to LA to visit me live?
At this point...not anytime soon. I have NO MONEY.

3. Who is your favorite fictional character ever, and why?
It's probably a toss-up between Sirius Black and Samwise Gamgee. Sirius because he's sexy, and loyal, and impassioned and reckless and crazy and in love with Remus and I love him. Sam because he's crazy devoted and the unsung hero of Lord of the Rings.

4. Where is your favorite place that you've lived?
Canberra. Even though it's too cold in the winter and nothing ever happens here and it's not much fun, it's peaceful and you can drive around and there's a lot of nature. It's nice.

5. What is your favorite color after green?
Pink.

1. When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a writer until I was about 16.

2. Do you still want to be that?
I would like to write for TV, now. Not really novels.

3. What is your all-time OTP?
Sirius/Remus.

4. Do you have a crazy or unique collection?
I have what is probably only rivalled by _skulking_'s as the largest collection of Dominic Monaghan pictures, currently standing at approximately 8000 of Dom alone, let alone with castmates. I also have 20 versions of the song My Funny Valentine.

5. Sylar or Sawyer?
Sawyer. I love Zach Quinto but not Sylar so much.

2) What's your favourite Dom icon that you've made?


Although I have to admit, I hold a special place in my heart for this one:

because it's literally my most useful icon. I think I use it more than any other icon.

3) Who is Jensen Ackles?
One of the most ridiculously beautiful men ever to exist. Also a criminally underrate actor - he can do comedy and serious drama equally well, he has amazing facial expressions, and people tend to overlook him because of how insanely pretty he is. Which is pretty damn pretty.





4) What's your favourite Lost episode?
Live Together, Die Alone. It had everything a Lost episode should have, and it took such a risk choosing to have a relatively unknown character as the focal point of the episode. A risk that REALLY paid off.

5) What's the best funny bad film you've seen?
Do you mean so-bad-it's-funny, or a film that everybody else thinks is bad but is actually funny? For the first one, probably Highlander. For the second, Zoolander or Dude, Where's My Car? Both underrated classics.

1. If you had to pick only one fandom to continue following, which would it be?
I'm going to take this to mean a fandom I'd like to be actively involved in, rather than something I'll keep watching or reading, because that would be literally impossible for me. I would continue in the Lost fandom. Everybody I've met through Lost has been wonderful, I love that crowd. The show is also wonderfully interactive with its fanbase.

2. Who is your least favorite character in your favorite fandom?
My favourite fandom is Harry Potter, and my least favourite character is Peter slimy two-faced rat bastard Pettigrew.

3. Who is your favorite character in your least favorite fandom?
Uh. If I didn't like it I probably wouldn't be in the fandom. Oh, I guess Angel, which I am sort of involved in in spite of never liking the show that much, so Doyle.

4. If you could make a sandwich with any two characters, who would they be and what kind of sandwich would you make?
They would be Piz and Dean, and I would make a Katie sandwich.

5. If JK killed off Ron would you still consider yourself a fan?
Yes, of course. She already killed off my favourite character. If it's done well it's okay.

2. If you could only pick one Hero to survive, which would it be and why?
Hiro, because he is the one who most deserves it. He's sweet and loyal and a real hero.

3. Which HP book would you put yourself in.
I would put myself in Order of the Phoenix, because it's the only one with a flashback to when the Marauders were at school and that's when I would most like to be around.

4. Name the best tv show moment of this season, 06/07
Heroes. I love Lost, but yeah, Heroes. It's new and fresh and amazing.

5. Not to be insulting, but what is the draw of Supernatual?
Not insulted, because I have my own issues with the show. There's basically four reasons I watch the show.

1. The boys. They're pretty, they're really good actors and they have a good, strong connection that makes you buy into the show a lot better.



2. The cinematography. This is hands-down the most beautifully shot program on television. They have the benefit of shooting mostly on location around Canada rather than on sets, but they also have great lighting and interesting filters and colours, and they do really unique, interesting things with the camerawork. It constantly impresses me.



3. The car. The boys drive around in a gorgeous black 1967 Chevy Impala, which is pretty much the third character on the show. The sound guys give her all these great creaks and there's a sense of home instilled in her.



4. The music. There's no 'anemic emo pop' music on Supernatural, it's all classic rock, and does it ever rock. AC/DC, Billy Squier, Blue Oyster Cult, Led Zeppelin, really corny old stuff that suits the show really well. Obviously, I can't provide a picture of that. I also watch the show because it is a fantasy/scifi show and they're always good to support, and for all its flaws there are occasional moments of genius in the writing.

1. Has your love for Dom faded at all?
As terrible and shallow as it sounds, the new mouth has definitely had an effect on my love for him. Every time he does an interview or something I love him all over again, but that mouth just drives me crazy.

2. How many fandoms are you active (define as you will) in at the moment?
Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Lost, Heroes, Veronica Mars, Battlestar Galactica, Supernatural, Jossverse, movies - so 9, I suppose. Unless you count Dom as a fandom :D

3. Okay. I'll bite. What's so good about Veronica Mars in less than 50 words.
PIZ! It is the logical successor to Joss's shows in terms of writing quality - it's severely quotable, and has a similar structure to his shows. It's clever and witty, and the cast is gracious and attractive. It has great characters with real chemistry and a good, strong female protagonist.

Yes, that was exactly 50 words.

4. How excited are you about the last HP book on a scale of one to ten?
A googolplex.

5. Do you think the SPN season two finale will be anywhere as good as last season's?
I'm not really looking forward to it that much, contrary to popular fandom opinion (as I usually am in the Supernatural fandom).

LOL. Yeah, me too. Perhaps a little less than that for me, though.

And OMMFG re: Dom's mouth. I always found him somehow less attractive on Lost and I never knew why, but his mouth! It's no crooked anymore! D:.
