It was a bit of a weird week in my Lims contests this past week - I'm in four. I was eliminated from one and won people's choice for all three of the others. C'mon, that's crazy. Also, I got over my flu a while back but I've had a cold since then and it just won't go away. I'm really tired of being sick all the damn time.

Continuing from yesterday's Metallicar post is this thread about the meanings of numberplates on Supernatural, including screencaps of the 'WTF' and 'The Krip' numberplates. ♥ Also, everyone loves Jensen Ackles (for his ACTING ABILITY). No, really.
If you live near Philly, go the the Browncoat Ball in September! Also, Michael Trucco is going to London in August. BSG fans should go!
merry_holdwine has put up the second part of her Helo spam! Also, ack_attack has made an illustrated recap/parody of the Lost pilot that is definitely up to her usual standards of hilarity.

There's an interesting tidbit about future Heroes charcaters in the latest Ask Ausiello. I've reposted it behind a cut, I'm not sure how I feel about this - it's possible they're trying to make up for the Zach debacle, but this means that they're going with the safer lesbian route.
Question: I think one of the Heroes: Origins episodes should center on a spunky blonde girl with amazing detective powers from Neptune, California, and her loving and supportive dad. What do you think?— Billy
Ausiello: I think it's genius. Maybe the Jericho fans can help us organize some kind of campaign to make this happen. In other Heroes news, those gay-cheerleader rumors are true: Producers are casting the role of an "attractive Southern California cheerleader" who is "female," "sweet" and "gay."
