AUGH. Okay, I'm going with an obscure one: when Fred calls him out for doing nothing after Mr. Weasley's attack at Christmas, Sirius controls himself and acts mature in spite of the fact that this is exactly his sore spot. He really had to work to do it, and it made me enormously proud of him.

Harry's visit to the Burrow in GoF, complete with Charlie and Bill table-fighting. Also, Fred & George coming to visit Ron in the hospital wing in HBP.
