HAPPY BIRTHDAY DOM
It's Dominic Monaghan's 27th birthday today, in honour of which I shall post my very favourite Dom pics as Pics of the Day later on. Meanwhile, I my day was quite dull. I went and had coffee with Nutty for quite a few hours, and then I came home, and then I went to Clare's speech night (end of year thing.) Aside from a very good opera singer who was about 16, it was deeply and incredibly dull. Watched Monk, Queer as Folk and Will and Grace. The wedding was cute the second time around, but not very exciting (Mel and Lindsey). Brian is HOT.

el_erzulie*cough* among others, have informed me that Domlijah fans are snobby about Monaboyd. That we are rude and inconsiderate (or that they won't visit my site because, no offence, btu they only read Monaboyd.) Well, I happen to believe that good writing is good writing, and even if my writing's not good I want people to at least try it out. So without further ado, I bring to you Sunglasses, a Monaboyd drabble dedicated to el_erzulie.
The American flight attendant raises her eyebrows at Dom, and Billy isn’t sure but he thinks Dom’s rolling his eyes behind the dark sunglasses. Finally, satisfied with their order, she leaves Dom alone in the sunglasses he’s been wearing for the entire flight.
Billy knows better than to push Dom when he’s moody, so he reads his in-flight magazine in silence until Dom rests his head on Billy’ shoulder.
Soon Dom’s asleep, the damp saltwater on his face dried and the sunglasses askew, showing hints of red-rimmed eyes. Billy presses his lips to Dom’s and slips off the glasses gently.
Yay! I've finished my Secret Santa LotRiPS fic. It's pure and utter Christmas fluff.
Link of the Day--go plant some trees. I'd do this, I really would, but as it happens I'm spending an absolutely ridiculous amount of money on convention tickets and Chrissie pressies and don't have the money to plant trees right now! Maybe next year.

Never saw the Don in profile with the sun on his face before, kool.
Have always!! loved that pic of 'Viggo hugs', something so hot about how Vig is holding him and the sweet curve of the boy's ass. That's way TMI isn't it?

What I said is that I had several friends who were being mean about monaboyd, as in they wouldn't even look at a photo without making some little comment. Pretty much purposefully to annoy me in some cases, but you know what? I don't look at a photo of Domlijah and refuse to even THINK of the possibility that they're together. They ARE cute together. I just happen to prefer Dom/Billy. But I don't say "monaboyd are together, there is evidence, there is no way those two are". Fact is, this is RPS. Chances are NONE of these people are together.
I HAVE been to your site. I've checked out some summaries, because I'm interested in reading them. I'm going to do so, when I've got some time on my hands and am in a mood when I can read any couple. Some days I do just want to read the couple I like but I think that's understandable. They're my preference. But I HAVE read other fics in the past. Because yes. Good writing is good writing and I never said it wasn't.
And, look, you can write a great monaboyd. :P I can't help but feeling you're just being a smart arse by dedicating it to me, though. >_<
I'm upset now. I neeever said "they're rude and considerate!" blah blah. MAYBE I said snobby, but in context.
