I'm looking up my name on Facebook. There's a lot of people with my name out there, and so many of them are really pretty. It's nice. Not so nice is when you try to look up your cousins and find people with the same name who are hot. That's just weird. Anyway, party!

Interesting meta about fandom as queer female space. I think it might be slightly fandom-specific, because granted, a few of the fandoms I've been in are very much female-dominated...and others aren't. Lost, for one, is fairly even, and Firefly has proven to be similar. There's definitely a few things I've noticed, though.

I found a poll the Supernatural fangirls haven't got to yet! Supernatural's LAST in a category! AMAZING.
