I love that Jack knows it was Ianto. I don't get Gwen's reactions to things sometimes. She's way too emotional and she always yells and accuses people before anything else. And she's bossy and nosy. AND she can't figure out that maybe she's saying the wrong thing and that could be her Jonah because out of all the things she's seen, this isn't exactly the strangest.
