I don't think I'm going to be able to go to Palooza. *cries*

The results of [livejournal.com profile] hobbitofkobol's TV BFF poll.

Supercute multi-fandom icons.

Dr. Horrible news round-up: New behind-the-scenes images, another pre-airing interview, Newsarama bit, another one, fan interviews Joss, Jinx will have the merch and I will buy it in spite of my funds crisis.

I actually thought it got off to a slow start, and didn't really start properly laughing until the 'I like the air' bit (although his cry of 'e-mails!' is a thus-far-un-LJ-quoted gem of a line.) I think the first time I cracked up was the ridiculously fantabulous cowboy number (The Whedon brothers and...Drew Goddard? Is Drew the one who looks like Chris from The Chaser?) and then I kept laughing from there on. I love the Doc and Penny's interaction, and how hilarious Nathan is and how perfect his entrance was, and how cute and funny it all is. The songs are awesome, I can't wait until I have them all in my grubby little...iTunes.

And now, if you'll excuse me, *falls asleep at keyboard*

How strange...your reaction to it the first time around was exactly like mine. Every little thing - the first line that made you finally relax into the Whedon-ness of it, Bad Horse with bouncing cowboys!, and so on. I was even thinking the first song felt a little slow as well. But now when I re-watch it and re-watch it, I LOVE IT ALL. Especially the song. XD

Yeah, I think maybe if it had started out a little differently I would've been right in there - all that stuff is great when you see it again, but the first time you're kind of...waiting for it to start, you know?

Exactly. I expected more of an overture... or maybe a less than 3-4 minute wait for s song to start. *shrug* At least it's out! :)

Awww no Palooza? But why? =(

Dr Horrible was awesome! I wants more. Now!!!!

I am so broke. I desperately need glasses and jeans and sheets and in spite of working heaps lately I haven't actually gotten any money out of it, so all I have right now is $500, which is what I need for Palooza, and that has to last until I actually GET paid, whenever that may be. I also have to save for Comic-Con in 2010. So if I make enough money before Palooza I'll come but it looks reeeeally unlikely. Which sucks, because I was REALLY looking forward to it.

Why can't it be time for more Dr. Horrible yet? :(

What about just getting a day ticket for Palooza? They're $100, so it'd be much easier for you to get there rather than spending $500 for a ticket.

I just bought a US iTunes voucher so I can download Dr Horrible and watch it as many times as I wish =D

Most of the fun for me is in the VIP tickets - the cocktail party and such. I can do the day ticket but I don't know if it's worth it.
