1. Harry. He could use a little more cupcakey love, the poor boy doesn't have it easy and he didn't get many cupcakes growing up.
2. Probably Dumbledore, because he'd be so careful with them that if I died he'd pass them on to my kids. As long as they served some higher purpose.
3. Peter Pettigrew. HATE.
4. Sirius Black.
5. I suppose Voldemort is too obvious an answer. Oh, Umbridge. Foul woman.
6. POTTER FOR PRESIDENT! Or, no, actually. Dumbledore would, again, probably be the obvious answer here. Or maybe Hermione.
