1. Dollhouse: Can You Hear an Echo? by corellianjedi @ cannons_fan
This was in the first batch of Dollhouse icons I saw and I loved it instantly - it's dramatic but simple, and it has two of the three key reasons I want to see the show right there. I use it as my default icon because it matches my Dollhouse header.

2. LotR Cast: Boys This Is Love by enginedriven
This is one of the icons I've had forever and can't bear to part with because it's nostalgic and true. Baby!Orlando who can't dress himself and Dom&Billy at the first New Zealand premiere of Fellowship of the Ring, when they were so young and green and all madly in love with each other? That IS love.

3. Wife: BOOBS! by me
I kind of love pictures of actresses fixing their dresses/tops/whatever at events, because if I were there I'd be doing that ALL THE TIME out of panic. I think Maggie looked gorgeous at this event, and this is kind of my default icon to talk about pretty girls, or about me being a girl, or anything to do with girls really.

4. Dom: Sad Spaghetti by me
HIS FAAAACE. This was the funniest appearance by Dom on Jimmy Kimmel EVER, with his photos of his sad JJ-less life. 'I don't know why I look so sad, I LOVE Spaghetti-Os!' I use this one when I'm mock-sad, generally, not when I'm really sad, because it's just silly and fun.

5. VMars: Muhney = Made of Awesome by me
This is one of my most treasured icons, partly because thewizrd uses a version of this as his default icon, but mostly because it's completely true. I keep uploading and then deleting various other Muhney icons, not because I don't love him but because this one sums up my feelings about him so well I don't need any others.

6. Heroes: Hiro WTF by mouthfullofdust @ thirdhex
The first of many mouthfullofdust icons on this list, because she is by far my favourite icon-maker out there. I love the look on his little face in this one.

7. HP: Sirius/Remus SBP by the_pill_box & shoebox_project
There are not words to describe how much I love shoebox_project. I don't read any other Harry Potter fanfiction, but I don't feel like I need to. In my head, Shoebox is canon, and I particularly love their Sirius, and the way Sirius and Remus balance each other, and how PRETTY the illustrations are. Also, the composition of this icon is brilliant.

8. HP: Scorpius is a Hufflepuff by iconseeyou
This entire post at iconseeyou is full of hilarity, but this is the one that most appealed to my sense of humour. His name is Scorpius! Can you SEE mini-Draco, with the name SCORPIUS, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Ernie McMillan's kids? It's HILARIOUS.

9. Chris: Ready for his Wings by dekolette @ stolenlights
[Unknown site tag] runs Chris Lowell Online and is my fellow Chris obsessor, and her Chris icons are always stunning. I love how CUTE this one is, it's perfect, particularly for Dell, who is so sweet and helpful. The soft colours really work, too.

10. VMars: Chilllin' Like a Villain by mouthfullofdust @ thirdhex
Oh look, more mouthfullofdust. I use this phrase a lot (yes, the extra l is intentional) and I just thought this icon was so cute and bright. I wish I were as clever about using text as mouthfullofdust is.

11. Torchwood: Blowfish Driving a Sportscar by lazycrazyhazy @ caughtmoments
BLOWFISH. DRIVING A SPORTSCAR. THERE IS NOTHING NOT AWESOME ABOUT THIS.

12. BSG: Special Destiny Goes On Tour by mouthfullofdust @ thirdhex
OH LOOK WHO MADE THIS ONE! I really love the line about the band name, and this icon is so cool. In fact, it's so cool that there's a very dodgy ripoff of it floating around out there. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, they say. The keywords actually come from a summary of season 4 that I read, about when Kara and the crew Helo put together for her go to find Earth.

13. Chris: my joy cannoy be expressed by me
I had to icon this picture as soon as I saw it. I love his face. He is the cutest thing in the world. AND THEN HE TAKES HIS SHIRT OFF.

14. Pushing Daisies: Olive Wave by dekolette @ stolenlights
I want a decent Ned icon! I can't find one I like anywhere. Not the point. Olive is my favourite character on Pushing Daisies, she's this tiny, concentrated ball of energy. There's this streak of malice in Olive that undercuts how tiny and cute Kristin Chenoweth is, and she's so great in the role.

Awww, I really only use Sad Spaghetti for faux-sadness. Real sadness makes me break out my Tara Fade Out icon.

I have the same problem. I have seen a lot of pretty Ned icons so far but most of them have 'piemaker' written on it which I don't like. :(

And you know, ILU for what you said at 9 ♥ I'm really happy you enjoy this icon so much :D

I wouldn't mind one that said 'piemaker', but I don't upload an icon unless it really calls to me and represents what I love about something, and no icon seems able to represent what I love about Ned. I may need a mini-movie icon or something.

I love all the icons I have that you made, but I think this one's particularly sweet.
