I'm really not into Idol this year (half the time I forget that it's even on) but Wes Carr, as someone rightly pointed out on the australianidol whiteboard, is like the professional performers that come in on Monday nights to show the potential Idols how it's done. He is way too good for this show, and he still reminds me of Joe Anderson in Across the Universe every time I see him. I miss Bobby and Ben Mackenzie, though. I want Bobby's album.

Please ignore the stomach-churningly terrible camerawork on that one. I swear, every reality show we have needs new cameramen. On SYTYCD, half the time the dancers aren't even in the shot.

He's really good!! I wish ours this season were as good, but the rock stars never win over here, much as I'd love them to.

I think Wes is wonderful, he's been my pick right from the start of the show.
Didn't even click until a few weeks back that he was a member of Tambalane *lols*

Yeah, me too. And...I didn't know who Tambalane were, until I saw a YouTube clip of him performing with one of the silverchair guys.
