Pretty much all my e-mail notifications from the last week-ish just hit my ibnox at once. Nice one, LiveJournal.
Apparently, the 'Dark Knight' score is ineligible to win an Oscar because too many people worked on it. This is like how the Coen brothers always put just one name as director. It's ridiculous. Filmmaking is collaborative!

There's some cute Buffy icons here. On the topic of icons, my most favourite icon maker is taking requests, so you should go put one in before it's too late. Once in a lifetime opportunity, people! Well...once in not terribly often, anyway.
Today it stormed so we stayed in with the kids at work and watched a movie: Stuart Little 2
I'm amazed that this got made, since pretty much everything you could cover in a movie about a mouse being adopted by humans was covered in the first film. It's rubbish. Although Hugh Laurie's line about tiny vandals cracked me up. Speaking of which, what is Hugh Laurie even DOING in this movie? I can't listen to Michael J Fox's voice without getting sad, either.
ETA: Forgot to add, is it only Stuart that can talk? How come Stuart can talk to both animals and people? How come they understood the bird at the end, but not during the rest of the movie?
