Earth Hour parties are so much fun.

OMG DOLLHOUSE. WIN. We had to watch the scenes where Adelle and Topher were high twice because the were so funny. Brilliant. The acting on that show is first-class.

Also, in the first bit of exciting casting news in a while, Rhys Ifans to play Xenophilius Lovegood! That definitely works for me.

Maybe if he's amazing in the role I might think of him as less of a [bad word]. I've met him a few times and let's just say say I find him far from awesome.

Can't knock his acting skills though - which I can and do respect.

I remember watching Endless Love and thinking he was bloody amazing, and having to remind myself that I don't actually like him, lol.

In all fairness the last time I saw him in person it was still the nineties, he might well have cut down on the [this] and [that] for all I know.

Dollhouse was AWESOME and HILARIOUS and I loved it.

And oh, I kind of failed to respond to your Mellie post, but I just love her. Her entire scene with Paul in the beginning, I just.. wanted to cheer at everything she said. And I don't think the imprint is "less valuable", especially with a long-term imprint like hers.
As you said, for all the dolls know at that time, that character is exactly who they are. We see them "just as imprints", but for them they really are that person.
And as for if one would choose to go back to another personality you know nothing about.. I'd guess about 90% of people would stay who they are. I think I would, since I'd have no idea what the other one would be like. It's take the blue pill or the red pill all over again, only most of us are not Neo.

I hope any of that made any kind of sense.

I love Mellie too. I think my love for Mellie and the first imprint we see of Victor (the FBI informant, I can't remember his name) has given me a different idea about the actives when they've been imprinted to a lot of the thinking that's out on the web.

I kinda really want an icon of snuggly Topher & Adelle talking on the phone. And I totally did not get that Topher was affected by the drug, until Adelle started behaving oddly. I just thought he was his normal, jackassy self.
