Star Trek XII: The Starship Simterprise VIII

Uhura arrives to pick up Sulu and Chekov from their cell. She greets the guard, Lasruterupahe, and it's all very civil.


Except nobody thought to inform Sulu and Chekov.


Uhura arrives to discover the pilot and navigator mid-coitus.


There is no way to un-see what she saw!


Realising they've been caught, Sulu and Chekov spring from the bed...


...and shoo Uhura away in an attempt to finish in peace.


They realise they've got responsibilities to attend to and they can't be prisoners in the cushiest cell in the universe forever, though, so they return to the bridge, where Kirk is thrilled to see them. Upon seeing his ship, Sulu realises how glad he is to be back.


Kirk thinks about how happy he is to see Chekov, who is reciting the exciting story of how he came up with his new theories on planetary beaming and how they WORKED! Miranda, however, has realised that this means she'll be stuck on the night shift again, and probably won't get to go planet side again for a long time. If only she could get that promotion!


Kirk welcomes Sulu back as well.


Sulu and Chekov have one more surprise for their crew: a wedding on the bridge! Everyone gets into their fancy dress uniforms to cheer them on.


Well, everyone but Bones, who doesn't look so thrilled. He's too grumpy to enjoy a good wedding.


Kirk, on the other hand, is moved literally to tears. Aww, isn't that sweet?


Thus concludes this adventure on board the Starship Simterprise!
