Well...we can breathe a little easier for the time being I guess? Hopefully they'll find a way to MARKET THE SHOW BETTER and maybe more people will watch it. I still think partnering it up with Fringe would do wonders for it.

Look, I think it'd be optimistic to the point of foolishness to hope for a pick-up for the back nine at this point, although I'm going to keep my fingers crossed. The fact that it didn't get pulled is a big relief to me.

Yeah, not being on Friday nights probably wouldn't hurt either. And how about promoting it and writing it like it's an ENSEMBLE SHOW?

I don't expect the back nine, but I'd be thrilled if it got it. I'm hoping for, if nothing else, a third season. I'll take 13 more episodes next year over nothing at all, you know?

And you're right, they need to start writing it as an ensemble and not all about Echo. I don't hate her character or anything, and I get that this show was originally created as a vehicle for Eliza and with the intention of it being carried by her, but as they're (I'm sure) seeing, it works better when we get stuff about and from everyone else too.

I hope these thirteen aren't the last episodes, too. How can I not hold out hope for more of a show that gave me 'Epitaph One'?

I love Eliza. I do. I just can't help being much, much more interested in...pretty much everyone else. Maybe it's just overexposure, or that she wasn't built for this kind of acting, but I feel like I would care more about Echo/Caroline if I saw less of her. Hey, it works with Victor and Sierra. I want to see more episodes like the last 7 of season 1, the crazy, game-changing, morally questionable and riveting TV they provided.
