anyway... I thought Ang Lee dedicating his Oscar to "Jack and Ennis" was very cute

I'm hoping BBM will won Best Foreign Movie at the Césars next year (French Oscars) because it was released here in 2006.

I still can't believe the Academy is the only one not giving the Award to BBM.

In my completely honest opinion it was one of the less deserving nominees for Best Picture. I found it contrived, I found the techniques irritating and I found it largely sort of boring.

The performances were fantastic, though. It wasn't without its attributes. But held up against Brokeback it doesn't compare.
