Wow, my predictions just sucked. I probably should've gone by what I thought would actually win instead of who I wanted to win, but they still largely would've sucked. Yay Scorcese, though it should've won film as well. HEROES WINS, GREY'S ANATOMY LOSES, I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU SAY. Where are my Dom pics?! Masi, Marky Mark and The Departed were the most robbed. And Alfonso Cuaron for not even getting nominated. I am seeing Pan's Labyrinth soon.

ETA: I forgot the highlights of the evening: Sacha Baron Cohen's speech and melissajane14 declaring that Martin Scorcese was like 'the Italian Woody Allen.' I dare you to listen to him speak without laughing now.

For once I can speak with authority on this, since I do watch Grey's Anatomy with my mother and sister a lot of the time. I just don't think it's as good a show. It's a soapie with loads of sex and some doctors.

I'm just glad that they get most of the medical stuff pretty accurate, even if no intern ever had an experience like the ones on the show. But yeah. I'll admit I'm a sucker for some arguably melodramatic tv, lol.
