Day One
1. What's your favourite episode of television ever?
2. If you could swap places with anyone on your friends list for a day, who would it be?

1. It's probably a tie between Ariel and Once More, With Feeling. They're just brilliant, amazingly written and perfectly structured episodes, and OMWF was such a gamble.
2. Unsurprisingly, truffle_shuffle. She lives in LA and has a job that I am enamoured of and gets to meet and talk to some of my heroes and just gets to do the most awesome things. Plus, if I swap for a day I don't have to deal with the bullshit dramas of her friends.

What happens in The Abyss?

Ahh it's a season 6 episode. Jack had to become host to a Tok'ra so it would heal him and he wouldn't die but it ended up taking over his body to rescue a slave he fell in love with while on a covert mission in Ba'al's secret fortress type thing. He leaves Jack when the get caught to Jack is tortured by Ba'al to find out why he's there and what he learned from the Tok'ra. He's tortured to death and then brought back and this repeats a lot. It's also the episode where we find out what Daniel's been up to since he died/ascended and the first episode where Michael Shanks comes back. He helps Jack mentally and the rest of the team is trying to find him.

It's the scenes between Jack/Ba'al and Jack/Daniel that really make the episode.
