The Jared & Jensen living together bit is at BuddyTV, along with a set visit report that's clearly nowhere near as important. (I'm teasing, by the way.) [livejournal.com profile] kerrsmith2306 has posted hi-res pics from the Soapbox Derby, by the way.

The box that provides our TV and internet died last night, which meant we had to watch So You Think You Can Dance with terrible reception and I had no internet until tonight. I miss one day and my flist goes apeshit. Also, I had the best all-natural corn chips in the world tonight, and since my life is deathly boring that seemed worth mentioning.

I can't believe how badly I want Pushing Daisies to come back on. It's crept up on me. I've become addicted to way too many shows. If The Middleman is cancelled I will be crushed.

[livejournal.com profile] nothing_to_say has posted more images of Dom at the TIFF.

Joss Whedon's 'Dollhouse' Shuts Down Production! ...for two weeks, to get the scripts up to scratch. My guess is that something that looked great on the page wasn't translating well on screen, and because of Firefly everyone's got their finger on the panic button, although this article that says Fox has concerns is...concerning. By the way, All About Tahmoh and [livejournal.com profile] blank_dolls have more pics from the Eco Casino thing.

Zoe is one of the best TV characters of all time according to UGO. I actually thought this was an okay list, which has personal favourite characters from the listmakers AND defining characters that changed the way television was done. Or maybe I'm just stoked that Zoe, Kermit and MacGyver all made it.

Scene Anatomy 101: Serenity. And all of that in one take. Marry me, Joss Whedon. Be my mistress, Sean Maher. (What?)

Vote in the EWwy awards! Go vote for all the awesome shows and talented people that the Emmys are too snobby to appreciate. There's a lot of terrible options (MATTHEW FOX) but Mary McDonnell and Jensen Ackles are both in there, so get voting.

Maurice Sendak, author of 'Where the Wild Things Are', comes out. I've just been reading that with a girl I look after. It's an awesome book, one of my favourite children's stories.

These Harry Potter icons aren't the best quality ever but, gee, they're funny. I don't get the D&D ones, but the Voldemort one cracks me up. Plus, Spaceballs reference!

HOW does Desperate Housewives reel in the hot guys from our shows? It's so...crap. Gale Harold is the guy in question, and no, he hasn't aged a day since the Queer as Folk finale and yes, he still has 90's boy-band hair. But he OWNS it.

VERY CUTE images of Milo & Masi in Sydney. The self-portrait one is THE CUTEST EVER. I wish I could've seen them!!

Hard to tell one from t'other, face like yours

I can't believe the EwWY awards made me pick between HIC, Michael Hogan and Robert Sean Leonard! I picked Hogan because he's in the least watched show of the three. I tend to always pick BSG in polls for that reason.

I have to say I'm a bit worried about Dollhouse but at the same time I don't want to let myself worry...

I picked HIC because I like Desmond a lot more than Tigh.

Ohhh the daily Dom dose! His eyes are so lovely and its such a good thing to see him with such a happy face. *Le Sigh*

I'd swear that someone involved with Desperate Housewives is in love with Firefly. The first year it aired, two of the husbands were actors who had major guest-starring roles (both as Alliance officers, heh) on Firefly, and then they went & cast Nathan Fillion as soon as they could pretend it was his gyno work in Waitress that they wanted him for. They've even had Carlos Jacott, one of Joss' hat trick actors, guest star on the show.

The soapbox J2 pics are flocked.

The first comment underneath the Masi/Milo pics is something like "OMG Masi has a new jacket!"

Srsly? What fan is arrogant enough to think they know his entire wardrobe? Or dumb enough not to realise that the networks like to dress their stars in shiny new (free) designer clothes when they're doing press stuff.

Also you're life isn't boring. Tonight I'm coming over and I'm bringing wine. And maybe chocolate. And we might play boggle.

OMG YOU USED THE WRONG YOUR. You are DISOWNED. Not really, but still.

Eh, they do tend to wear the same things to different events. I mean, I know a LOT of the clothes Dom wears out, and Masi tends to be even more...selective about what he wears. So that person was probably just expressing excitement about seeing Masi wear something different. It's not malicious or arrogant, not in fandom terms.

OMG embarrasment!

I think I was simultaneously emailing Laurin and to her I said 'you're such a nanna' and then I typed the wrong thing to you. Or possibly I meant to finish that with 'you're not boring.' I will make up excuses til it makes me look less stupid, dammit!

Yeah I totally don't get fandom, but to someone like me who just likes looking at teh (sic!) pretty pictures, that comment seemed particularly inane

The EWWYS? Really? Eww! :D :D :D :D

Marry me, Joss Whedon. Be my mistress, Sean Maher.

Ahem.

Pushing Daaaaaisies. I miss it too. Also I think I'm drunk. I'm gonna stop now.
