1. Birdhouse in Your Soul by Kristin Chenoweth and Ellen Greene.

2. I don't get Sheldon/Penny. At all. How is this so popular? Is it just because Sheldon's the most interesting character and Penny's pretty much the only girl? (Which, hell, Leslie/Sheldon makes more sense to me and they hate each other.)

3.

You may resume your normal routine. Back with more later.

In France, "pine" is slang for penis. True Story.
(not the same pronounciation but spelling is the same)

That needs to be an icon, STAT.

2. Me either. But then again, I don't see Sheldon as particularly sexual, and I think he's more-or-less decided to keep Leonard as his life-partner, since training anyone new would be way too much hassle.

Kristins version of Hopelessly Devoted (which imo is far better than the original) is also on the Pushing Daisies soundtrack and available from the Australian iTunes store. Which I find odd as Pushing Daisies itself is not...

Yeah, I know. I have the whole soundtrack. I just happen to be particularly entranced by this song.

My iPod tells my thoughts on this song best: It's number 1 in my top 25 ;)

I don't get Sheldon/Penny as a ship either. I love their quasi-friendship, but I don't think they're actually shippable. I don't care that much about Leonard/Penny but I don't mind them either. The only couple I actually actively liked were Leonard/Leslie, but that's probably my lingering David/Darleen love.

I kind of like Leslie/Howard, actually. It makes so much sense. I like Leslie in general, because she's an awesome character.

I like Leonard/Penny just fine. I also hope that some time in the near future Raj talks to a woman without getting drunk just so we can see him be nice to one. Whenever he interacts with women he's a dick because he's drunk, and now I find that more sad than funny.

From: [identity profile] green-queen.livejournal.com

Yep, seen 'em all. Raj is...less of a jerk, but since he's being placebo'd, the effect of thinking he's drunk still made him kind of an ass.

Ooh actually I really like Leslie/Howard, too. And yes, I just like Leslie. I want more Leslie on the show.

Whenever he interacts with women he's a dick because he's drunk, and now I find that more sad than funny.
Yes. That.

I don't get Sheldon/Penny either. I like their friendship but as a ship? I don't ship anyone on this show anyway.

From: [identity profile] stufsocker.livejournal.com

Sheldon/Penny? Wut? He's clearly got a serious case of Aspergers and would only *work* with someone like Leonard's mother. Or maybe they should have a thing. I dunno. I like their interactions but that ship ain't never gonna sail. Penny/Leonard is cute as it is.
Oh lord. Howard.

I don't get Sheldon/Penny either. I get them as friends, like, they're so completely opposite that it works somehow, even better than her friendship with Leonard. I think people just can't help themselves from thrusting ships on every possible pairing, lol.

Mmm. Pine.

Her friendship with Leonard makes sense because ultimately they're both sweet, good-hearted people who understand one another pretty well, actually. And I like her friendship with Sheldon, too. But not as a pairing.

I'm amazed that Sheldon/Penny seems to be the most popular ship for the show according to fandom, though. It's bizarre.
