2. SETH GREEN IS COMING TO AUSTRALIA except he's going to Melbourne and I love Melbourne but it's a) more difficult than Sydney and b) expensive but, oh, it's SETH GREEN!!!! And I've literally loved him since I was TWELVE YEARS OLD. How can I not go?! On the other other hand, nobody else I like is going.

3. Misha Collins is to be executed at Stonehenge for making disparaging remarks about the queen, is a nutter.
4. Vote Zoe for HBIC.
5. PINTO DEBUTS ON JUST JARED. As 'Spork', which is clearly wrong because that's the pairing name for Spock and Kirk. The not-filthy one.
ETA: Also at Towleroad, also called Spork. FAIL.
ETA2: UGH, GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL SOURCE AND GIVE HIM HIS NAME BACT, NEW YORK POST!
6. I forgot to review a movie I saw the other day, No Reservations
This movie seemed to have a lot of great elements that didn't manage to come together. It was shot beautifully, it had awesome food shots (which all film geeks know helps greatly in a romantic movie because food = sex), it had good actors. I think the biggest problem was that it couldn't find a balance between its European aspirations (being a remake of a French film) and its American-ness. (By the way, has anyone ever noticed that Catherine Zeta-Jones has a terrible American accent?) As a result, it couldn't quite figure out how to handle things with a light touch, but its trying meant that the terrible tragedy at the heart of the movie was either overlooked or dumped on our heads at inappopriate times. Also, CZJ and Aaron Eckhart had very little chemistry, and it dragged on terribly.
