I have a huge bruise on my knee. I was at work from 8:30-5 today. I got to see 'Wall·e' again with the kids, but I also happened to be sitting with the one kid who needed to go to the bathroom twice, one time five minutes from the end of the movie. Good thing I'd already seen it. I didn't get a lunch break because I went straight from a shift with the regular program to a shift with the boy with autism, but one of my co-workers brought me a Vegemite and cheese sandwich. I'm now in love with him. Also, I am watching Weeds.

Muhney post! He's such a sweetheart, I love him. I'm still all torn up about the Dollhouse thing.

Dom! Shopping (not paprazzi shots) and talking more for AFI's 10 Top 10.

Go vote at the SFX Awards.

Killer 'Pushing Daisies' spoilers. This is so crazy and SO show.

OH HI THE BRENDAN HINES (aka supercutie Tyler from The Middleman.) I miss that show.

First 9 Minutes of Private Practice premiere. I am torn on the issue of watching it.

Ahaha, so apparently a bunch of Christian fans have a problem with the season 4 angel arc. I just find that amusing because most of the people on my flist whom I've seen to have a problem with it are not religious, and object to having religion pushed at them. Oh, and apparently there's rape. And not-quite-spoilers. From what I've heard Ruby is just teaching Sam about his powers and not screwing him, so the rape thing is probably wildly inaccurate. Doesn't mean the show doesn't have sexist leanings, but I don't think that extends to condoning rape..

My favourite icon-maker made icons.

ETA: New HBP calendar scans and info on Rupert's new movie. I TOLD YOU HE WAS THE COOL ONE.

1. Supernatural fans are getting more and more out of hand than ever before. Did you hear about the girl who found out where and what room Jared was staying in at the Con over the weekend and was only stopped from full-on crazy stalking by the guy who plays the Yellow Eyed Demon because he happened to be in the hallway at the time? And now this one thinks if Sam is sleeping with Ruby it's rape? The whole rape scenario makes me fucking uncomfortable; why would anyone make that speculative leap? And sure, on one hand I can see there's a point, but come the fuck on! This isn't Spike and Buffy on the bathroom floor, nor is it as thought out a concept as that one may or may not have been. This is Eric Kripke, the man who never considers how women actually are, but also one who I don't believe hates them either. The concept of what Sam and Ruby are doing - if they're doing anything sexual at all - to him, I'm sure, is more of a Sam flirting with the dark side of himself more than Sam is a big bad rapist. Just another reason I keep way, way on the fringe of this whacked-out fandom.

2. I thought that was Jude Law in that picture of Rupert in the link about his new movie. Hot hot hot.

I concur! I adore the show, but the fans scare me.
