- went to Costco with said friends and hit my head on the lid to my boot (or trunk, for you Americans)
- bought new knives that are brightly coloured and super fun
- proceeded to cut myself on said knives while trying to open the packet - twice
- burned myself making dinner
- bumped into a friend for the second time in a week, having not seen him for 9 month beforehand
- watched 80s horror movies!
- watched all of Darren's scenes in the rather abysmal Eastwick.

This cartoon has been Baader-Meinhoffing me for the last few days, so I feel the need to post it.
(There's a better version of just the cartoon with awful subtitles that won't embed here.)
I think I fall in love with every a capella group a little bit. This is an amazing version of Grace Kelly - these guys are the Spizzwinks, later the Whiffenpoofs, and they also performed this on The Sing-Off with more showing off. Also, adorable version of I'm Yours.
They were also on The Sing-Off. I have a feeling that I would watch this show were I American. Before both of these they also did a low-budget performance that obviously went viral. All the guys who do solos in this are faaaaaaaaaabulous and I want their bad romance. (See what I said previously about a capella groups. Even aside from Darren, I think I would've taken to the Warblers veeeeery quickly.)

Wil Anderson and the guys at Gruen Transfer buying the company name 'nine out of ten experts' is PURE, UNADULTERATED GENIUS. This is one of the many reasons I am obsessed with the show. Well, that and the cute ad guy. Not the soulless one.
I'm supposed to be working on my lesson plans. So far I've watched the Supernatural finale (( brief thoughts ), trolled YouTube for Psych videos, then got sucked into the wild world of YouTube.
Apparently, Adam Lambert (look him up on YouTube, his lounge performances are much better than his Idol ones) did a version of Mad World that was shat all over by my boy Ben McKenzie (not the OC/Southland one) (is Southland any good?) when he performed it on Australian Idol a few years ago. BMac and Bobby Flynn were the best. *sigh*

I played Guitar Hero for three hours with Mitchell and Jamie tonight. Also, Jamie's house makes my eyes water and I don't know why. My theory is the heating, but it could also be the fact that he keeps cutting onions while we're there. I'm looking into whether or not that's coincidental. Of course, I was tearing before the onions, so I don't know. Barracuda rocks.
