I am mostly happy about the SAGs, especially the 'Glee' cast. Personally, I think Naya is the best dressed, then Lea. Amber looks adorable, but it kinda looks like her dress is trying to strangle her. I don't get Dianna's weird saggy dress, but I know nothing about fashion.

Casting ideas for that travesty, the Joss-less Buffy movie. Amanda Seyfried and Mary Elizabeth Winstead are nifty, and if this were a movie in the Slayerverse with Joss as, at the very least, a consultant, that could be cool. But as this is blatantly mercenary rubbish that the Kuzuis want to make just to rip Joss off...no.

I kinda just wanted to make this post because I laughed when I saw this question on the home page. Think they know the kinda people using LJ at all? I'm pretty sure most lists wouldn't include Serenity or BSG.

My favourite is Firefly, fyi. Star Trek is pretty awesome, but it cannot compare to Firefly, and I need to give it a good decade or so before I decide how it measures up against Star Wars. I also love Galaxy Quest. I really want to get that on DVD.

To give you some idea of stuff I've been getting up to today: I had no idea Mark-Paul Gosselaar's mother is Indonesian! I am so productive. I watched a lot of The Big Bang Theory, which cracks me up, I love it. Also cool is this gender-reversed Star Trek 2009 picspam.

It may only be lip service, but I really do think that the Fox establishment have been trying hard not to repeat the Firefly mistake and actually might even care about Dollhouse. I like the people on it but I think it's a little too much awkward humour for me.
Oh, also, I saw him in the 80's episode of Gossip Girl, because my sister loves the show. Ryan does get typecast a tiny bit, but he's always so damn good at it.

'Lost' scoop: Juliet mystery (sort of) solved.

I don't know if many of you guys have heard about this, but Diego Luna and Gael Garcia Bernal are doing a movie where they play football-playing brothers, 'Rudo y Cursi'. I'm going to go see it with my sister, and here's an interview with the boys. I'm excited. It makes me want to watch 'Y Tu Mama Tambien' again.

Pre-ordered Dollhouse. I want Pushing Daisies and Veronica Mars season 3.

Augh, today. I got very little sleep last night, I don't know why, and then I had to get up early this morning for a dishwasher repair person who was supposed to show between 8 and 12 and didn't end up coming until 4 pm, after I'd gone to work. SO TIRED. Work was pretty good, though, and I got to hang out with baldie_troll and watch the 'Monster Movie' episode of Supernatural again tonight.
